I ordered two spring bouquets which were very disappointing.I reached out to Kay Penny and the florist promptly returned my call during which I explained the situation.She was very accommodating and offered to send the recipients some roses to add to their bouquets,I am so pleased with the friendliness & promptness in correcting the problem.Very much appreciated,Prompt, friendly, accommodating,
